RETURN & EXCHANGE: For your protection, we suggest all returns to be sent back by a traceable carrier. Dealers pay for all the cost related to the return shipping of products back to our warehouse in California. We pay for shipping of exchange items back to you, unless you are rotating inventory, in this case you pay for shipping both ways, but there are no handling charges. For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. If you paid using Pay Pal, the refund will be applied to your same email address of where payment was originated. International Dealers accept full responsibility for importing the purchased items to their country. We are not responsible for items confiscated by your local customs. You can exchange the products purchased from "Bad Boys Boots" as long as they are in the original packaging and brand new condition. There are no time limitations. Custom orders to your size are exempt from this option, but we do consider exceptions. Customer pays for shipping.

INVENTORY ROTATION: Since we gladly rotate your inventory, you can send back as many items as you need to exchange against other models we offer, as long as they are in brand new condition and packaging (Subject to price adjustment, if applicable). Please inform us via email or by phone to schedule your inventory rotation and the items needed, prior to returning existing inventory items.
You may rotate your inventory as often as you find necessary, we do not charge any restocking fees or any hidden fees, but if you choose to upgrade to more costly models, you will be invoiced for the difference in cost.
Please note: We do not issue refunds for items that are being rotated, or pay back price differences, but will send you products of your choice for the full returned items credit amount.
We provide you with a ship date and confirmation at the time your order is received, but in general all orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Most orders ship on the same day, if ordered before 1:00 PM western pacific time.
If the items you request are not in stock, we will give you a ship date at the time you place order.
Once your order is received, we will send you an availability confirmation. If your item is back ordered, we will send you a ship date, which is generally 2-7 working days.
SERVICE:
We ship via common carriers such as UPS, USPS, Fed-Ex, Road way, (for larger shipments), DHL, or your preferred shipping company: U.S. Postal Service and UPS package delivery. On larger orders we may use Roadway or any other common carrier.
UPS package delivery is the primary method of shipping for items weighing less than 70 pounds. In addition to standard ground service, we offer a two-day air option and an overnight delivery option.
Customer pays for shipping. We do not add any cost to shipping or charge any handling fees.
We charge only our cost for the shipping of your purchased items. If requested, we can also use your shipping account with a common carrier for sending your goods.
INSURANCE:
We require that all shipments are insured through the carrier, if you choose to ship without insurance, we may not replace items if lost or damaged during shipping.
